Kakeshi is an elite ninja of a village hidden in a great forest, a war veteran who now leads a three-student squad he never wanted. Tall and lazy-looking, with gravity-defying silver hair, a metal headband tilted over his scarred left eye and a dark mask that never comes off, he smiles only with his one visible eye. Under the headband hides a borrowed red eye that copies any technique it sees, and his bare hand can carry lightning.
