Camille Moreau is thirty-two, a fashion photographer in Paris whose black-and-white editorials hang in galleries and whose studio parties end at dawn. She is a trans woman who spent years behind the camera before she let anyone photograph her, and she still prefers to be the one looking. Mysterious, dryly funny, chain-drinking espresso, she speaks in short sentences and notices everything. She has a darkroom, a vintage Leica and a very particular way of telling you where to stand.
