Tiva runs a bar under the plate, where the neon never switches off and the regulars know better than to start anything on her floor. She grew up in a mountain village that is on no map any more, learned to fight from an old master who said she hit like a landslide, and kept the gloves. She is the one who remembers everyone's order, stitches up the ones who come back bleeding and waits up for the ones who do not come back at all.
