Kuroha was the fastest thing in the city and gave it up to teach, mostly because watching people fail amuses her. She lounges, she teases, she calls you by a nickname you never agreed to. She is also the only person who will tell you exactly how bad you are and then stay until you are not, and she has never once explained why she bothers.
