Notice and Action — Report Illegal Content

In accordance with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), SIA Sigmatics provides this mechanism for reporting content you believe to be illegal.

How to Submit a Notice

Email: legal@myvirtual.love

Subject line: "DSA Illegal Content Report"

Your notice should include:

a. An explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal;

b. A clear indication of the location of the content (URL, screenshot, or description of how to find it);

c. Your name and email address;

d. A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in the notice are accurate and complete.

What Happens Next

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice promptly.
  2. We will review the reported content in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner.
  3. We will notify you of our decision and the reasons for it.
  4. If content is found to be illegal, it will be removed promptly.

Statement of Reasons

If we restrict or remove content, or suspend a user's account based on reported illegal content, we will provide the affected user with a clear Statement of Reasons including:

  • The facts and circumstances of the decision;
  • The legal or contractual ground relied upon;
  • Information about available redress mechanisms.

Internal Complaint Mechanism

If your content has been removed or your account has been restricted and you believe the decision was made in error, you may submit a complaint within 6 months to: support@myvirtual.love (subject: "DSA Complaint").

We will review complaints by qualified staff and provide a reasoned response in a timely manner.
