AI Transparency Statement

In accordance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and other applicable laws, SIA Sigmatics provides the following information about the AI systems used on MyVirtual.love.

1. You Are Interacting with AI

All "AI Companions" on this platform are artificial intelligence systems. They are not real people. They do not have feelings, consciousness, memories outside of your conversation, or the ability to act in the real world.

2. AI-Generated Content

All content on this platform — including text messages, images, voice content, and video — is generated entirely by artificial intelligence. No real persons are depicted in any AI-generated content.

AI-generated images and videos are marked with machine-readable metadata (C2PA standard) indicating their AI-generated origin.

3. How Our AI Works

Our AI Companions use large language models and generative AI to produce responses based on:

  • Your messages and prompts (Input);
  • The character profile and parameters you selected;
  • Our content safety rules and moderation systems.

AI Companions do not have persistent memory beyond your conversation history within the platform. They do not learn from other users' conversations.

4. Content Safety Systems

We employ automated systems to:

  • Prevent generation of content depicting minors;
  • Prevent generation of content resembling real persons;
  • Filter prohibited content categories (see Blocked Content Policy);
  • Detect and respond to crisis/self-harm language.

5. Limitations

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. AI Companions may produce outputs that do not reflect the views or intentions of SIA Sigmatics. Do not rely on AI Companions for medical, legal, financial, or crisis-related advice.

6. Your Rights

Under the EU AI Act and GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Know that you are interacting with an AI system (this document);
  • Understand how automated decisions affecting you are made;
  • Request human review of automated content moderation decisions;
  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
