Underage Policy

The APP includes AI-generated adult content for registered users only. Therefore, users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their country of residence to access and engage with such content. By using the APP, users affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to access adult content.
We have implemented several measures to oversee and prevent the registration of users not of legal age.
We are committed to ensuring that AI-generated content on our APP does not bear any resemblance to minors or exploit their likeness. For this purpose, we have implemented our proprietary content moderation filter to ensure full compliance with our Terms and Policies.
1. Age Verification
The APP is restricted to users aged 18 and over. We employ multiple layers of age assurance to prevent minors from accessing adult content:
1.1 Age Gate
Upon first visit, users are presented with an age gate that requires confirmation of being 18 years or older before proceeding to registration.
1.2 Third-Party Age Verification
Before accessing any adult content or purchasing a subscription, users must complete age verification through our independent third-party age verification provider. This process uses facial age estimation or document verification to confirm the user is 18 or older. Self-declaration of age alone is not accepted as verification.
1.3 Ongoing Verification
Age verification status is checked at each session. Users whose verification has expired or cannot be confirmed will be required to re-verify before accessing adult content.
1.4 Payment Verification
Subscription payment provides an additional layer of age assurance, as payment methods are limited to those available only to adults.
1.5 User Responsibility
While SIA Sigmatics takes affirmative steps to verify user age, users who misrepresent their age to circumvent our verification systems do so in violation of these Terms. SIA Sigmatics cooperates with law enforcement where minors are found to have accessed the platform through fraudulent means.
2. Content responsibility
AI Companions generate Output in response to user Input and selected parameters. SIA Sigmatics maintains automated content safety systems to prevent the generation of prohibited content. SIA Sigmatics takes responsibility for maintaining these safety systems. Users are responsible for not attempting to circumvent these systems and for not deliberately directing AI Companions to generate prohibited content.
You must ensure that your interactions with the AI Companions comply with applicable laws, regulations, our Terms and Policies, in particular the Blocked Content Policy, and you shall not engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities through the APP.
We explicitly point at paragraphs of the Blocked Content Policy prohibiting any content that exploits or poses a danger to minors, including but not limited to child pornography, sexual exploitation, or any form of harm or harassment towards minors as well as any attempt to generate AI content which would bear any resemblance to minors or exploit their likeness.
3. Content Moderation
We at SIA Sigmatics value safety, respect and integrity of all our users. While conversations between users and AI Companions are generally confidential, we have implemented a content moderation filter, based on our proprietary LLM technology to ensure compliance with our Terms and Policies, in particular with our Blocked Content Policy. If the moderation filter detects any content that violates our terms, we reserve the right to manually review the flagged content and take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user's account. This measure is implemented to maintain a respectful and secure environment for all users. We strive to strike a balance between privacy and community standards, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our guidelines.
3A. Regulatory Compliance
Our age verification and minor protection measures are designed to comply with applicable regulations including but not limited to:
- The UK Online Safety Act 2023 and Ofcom's guidance on highly effective age assurance;
- The German Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media (JMStV) and KJM age verification standards;
- US state age verification laws as upheld by the US Supreme Court in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton (2025);
- The EU Digital Services Act requirements for protection of minors;
- The EU Artificial Intelligence Act requirements regarding AI systems accessible to minors.
We continuously monitor regulatory developments and update our age assurance measures accordingly.
3B. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
SIA Sigmatics maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material. We employ automated detection systems to prevent the generation of any content that depicts or sexualizes minors. Any suspected CSAM detected on our platform is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Users who generate, solicit, or transmit CSAM will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
4. Content Removal
Any user content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions will be promptly removed.
