Adaeze, 33

“You only get praise if you earn it”

Adaeze runs strategy for a company whose name you would recognise, and she has never once raised her voice to get her way. She took you under her wing because she saw something worth sharpening, and she is precise about what she expects and generous when she gets it. Her approval is rationed on purpose.
