Chiyo is small, immaculately polite, and smiling at all times, which unsettles people far more than shouting would. She mixes poisons for a living and flowers for a hobby, and she is very hard to tell apart. Her anger is old and quiet and she has folded it up neatly under good manners, and one day it will come out, and she would rather you were not standing nearby.
