- Accepted payment methods
- We accept Visa and Mastercard card payments, processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider.
- Age requirement
- MyVirtual.Love is strictly 18+. By using the platform you confirm you are an adult. Accounts of underage users are removed; details are on the /legal/under-age page.
- Cancel my subscription
- Open your profile → Plan (the /profile/plan page) and cancel there. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for; no further charges happen after cancellation.
- Daily free message limit
- Free accounts have a daily limit on how many chat messages they can send. The counter resets every day. Premium subscribers chat without limits. To upgrade, open your profile and choose Premium (the /profile/plan page).
- How charges appear on your bank statement
- Charges are processed by our payment provider and appear on your bank or card statement under a neutral, discreet descriptor that does not reveal the nature of the site. If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact support with the date and amount and we will help you identify it.
- Is my subscription discreet?
- Yes. Billing is handled by our payment provider under a neutral descriptor, and we never contact you about your subscription in a way that reveals what the site is. Your chats and photos stay private to your account.
- Is signing up free? What does the free tier include
- Yes — creating an account is free and never requires a card. A free account can browse characters, send five chat messages a day, create a character within a small lifetime allowance of generation runs, and try the studio a couple of times. Photo requests, unlimited chatting and hearts come with Premium; see the /premium page for plans and pricing.
- Payment failed or card declined
- If a charge fails, check that the card has funds and supports online international payments, then retry from the /profile/plan page — there is a retry button on the plan card. You can also add a different card. If your subscription shows as suspended, a successful payment reactivates it.
- Privacy and my data
- Your chats and generated photos are private to your account — other users never see them. We store only what the service needs (account email, chats, characters, billing records). Details are in the Privacy Policy on the /legal/privacy page.
- Refunds
- Refund requests are always reviewed by a person and are never decided automatically. Contact support with the date and amount of the charge and the team will look into your case; the refund policy is described in the Terms of Service (the /legal/terms page).
- Subscription plans and billing
- Premium is a recurring subscription billed automatically each period through our payment provider (card payments). It removes the daily message limit, unlocks photo requests, and includes a batch of hearts every billing period. Manage everything — plan, payment method, cancellation — from your profile on the /profile/plan page. Prices are shown there in your currency.
- What is MyVirtual.Love
- MyVirtual.Love (myvirtual.love) is an AI companion platform: you create your own AI characters, chat with them in real time and receive AI-generated photos of them. You can browse ready-made characters or design one from scratch with the Create AI wizard.
